Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter)

Fix Group Management is a family-owned business looking for a top-notch Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting across different industries, particularly in the blue-collar industry. They will manage recruitment efforts across multiple entities, handle up to 15 requisitions at a time, and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting across different industries (blue-collar industry experience preferred)
• Familiarity with recruitment best practices and industry trends
• Proven experience as a recruiter, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Ability to prioritize, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment for each role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple entities and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Ability to use discernment through the sourcing and screening process
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
