Fixins Soul Kitchen, a rapidly expanding Black owned restaurant group, is seeking a qualified Expeditor to ensure smooth restaurant operation. The role involves managing orders, final preparation, quality checks, communication, and maintaining sanitation standards. The position is hourly, with daily tips.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months of experience in an upscale restaurant setting preferred
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with both kitchen and waitstaff
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple orders and tasks
• Keen eye for detail to ensure dishes meet quality standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
