As a Host/Hostess at Fixins, you are the first smiling face our guests see—and you set the tone for their entire dining experience. You’ll welcome each guest with warmth and professionalism, provide accurate wait times, and ensure smooth seating flow throughout the restaurant.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience hosting in an upscale restaurant setting
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Impeccable appearance and demeanor, reflecting the standards of an upscale dining establishment
• Proficient in upscale dining etiquette and service protocols
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handler’s Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification if required by law
