Job Description
We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to assist and support the Operations team in all aspects of day-to-day operations. As a representative for the Operations team, you will act as a liaison to Finance, create Work Tickets, and collaborate with the Operations Management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, process, and personnel.
Requirements
- Act as liaison to Finance for the Operations team
- Create all Work Tickets and communicate with Finance to ensure correct and timely billing
- Collaborate with the Operations Management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, process, and personnel
- Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company
- Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives
- Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis
- Allocates Floor Crew hours to specific job using Kronos
- Follow up with internal customer
- Order Safety Shoes upon request
- Order Uniforms for specific sites when requested by the Site Manager
- Order Business Cards upon request
- Assists the HR Business Partner
