Job Description
Weâre looking for a Capital Works Administrator to join our team and support our capital investment programme across East Anglia, with a focus on customer-facing administration and communication.
Requirements
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, or be working towards them
- Previous customer service and administrative experience
- Strong organisational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
- The ability to work to strict deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, including a confident and professional telephone manner
- Good IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft applications
