Flagship Pioneering is seeking a Director/Senior Director, Compensation to oversee the design, management, and execution of non-executive compensation programs across its ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, with specific expertise in broad-based compensation within high-growth or startup environments
- Experience supporting global workforces and navigating complex, matrixed environments
- High executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver recommendations with clarity and confidence
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, market pricing tools, and HRIS platforms
- Background in biotech, tech, or high-growth venture-backed companies preferred
