Senior Manager / Associate Director, Business Development

Flagship Pioneering is a biotechnology company that invents and builds platform companies that change the world. We are looking for a Senior Manager / Associate Director of Business Development to strengthen our business through helping capture and implement learnings about the biopharma deal environment.

Requirements

• BS or other graduate degree in the life sciences required
• 2-5 years life sciences experience in a business development function in a biotechnology/pharmaceutical company, Life Science Consulting form or biopharma investment banking
• Knowledgeable about trends and technologies in biopharmaceutical R&D and partnering
• Excellent analytical/quantitative, conceptual problem-solving, organizational and time management skills
• Clear communicator in writing and speech and creative in terms of visual presentation of trends and data
• Strong attention to detail
