Job Description
The Maintenance Lead will provide strong mechanical and electrical support to the maintenance team, is responsible for maintaining and repairing plant equipment, machinery, and facilities to help ensure that operations schedules are meet in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Assign work and provide training to technicians
- Ensure SOPs are followed
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
- Perform preventive and/or predictive maintenance on all plant equipment
- Perform building maintenance and repairs
- Proactively coordinate maintenance activities with Operations/Food Safety departments
- Ensure maintenance areas are clean and orderly
- Report food safety and quality issues to appropriate personnel immediately
