Requirements

• Hands on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
• Comfortable working across the full change delivery lifecycle
• Experience of working in Agile environments
• Process design and requirements analysis skills
• Prioritisation skills
• Professional courage to question a brief and push back when necessary
• Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Clear communication, both written and verbal
