Flamingo is an award-winning body, hair, and care brand seeking a Senior Director of Brand Management who can lead the business with rigor while building a brand customers genuinely love.
Requirements
- 10+ years in brand management within consumer products, with strong CPG grounding; personal care/beauty/lifestyle experience preferred.
- Proven business leader with experience owning a P&L, category, or brand portfolio.
- Strategic and commercially rigorous, with the creativity and conviction to build differentiated brand platforms - not just optimize what already exists.
- Equally fluent in data and storytelling.
- Experienced defining category strategy and innovation pipelines that anticipate where the market is going, not simply respond to it.
- Deep omnichannel expertise across Retail, DTC, and Amazon, with a strong understanding of how brand and commercial channels work together.
- Exceptional cross-functional leader who can align teams around a clear vision and inspire belief at all levels, including the C-suite.
