Job Description
The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for developing business opportunities for Flat Branch Home Loans through appointment setting, hitting revenue targets, and responding to customer inquiries. This role requires working locally in one of our Columbia, MO locations, and is not available as a remote position.
Requirements
- Pass the National NMLS test and obtain an NMLS license
- Maintain rigorous prospecting for new business and follow up with leads
- Take complete pre-qualification applications and move customers to obtain a pre-qualification letter
