Job Description
The Inside Sales Associate will develop business opportunities for Flat Branch Home Loans through appointment setting, revenue targets, and responding to customer inquiries. The role requires working locally in one of our Columbia, MO locations.
Requirements
- Pass the National NMLS test and obtain an NMLS license and the required state licensing
- Develop business opportunities through appointment setting and responding to customer inquiries
- Maintain rigorous prospecting for new business and follow up with leads
- Take complete pre-qualification applications and move customers to obtain a pre-qualification letter
- Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding Mortgage Lending
- Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management
