Program Officer | KSA

Flat6Labs is seeking a Program Officer to support startups in their day-to-day activities while assisting the program team with cycle processes, documentation, and events.

Requirements

• Collaborate with startup teams on pitch decks, financial models, and presentation techniques
• Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding for Flat6Labs startups
• Monitor and follow up on startup deliverables
• Record and track startup progress
• Conduct application screening for the KSA accelerator program
• Structure and maintain the program database
• Assist in scheduling and organizing training programs
• Source and manage perks for the startup portfolio
• Coordinate internal and external workshops, events, and dinners
• Maintain a database of founders, mentors, speakers, and coaches
• Provide hands-on support in executing the program on the ground
• Collect, analyze, and organize startup data
