The Flat6Labs KSA Program Officer supports startups in their day-to-day activities and assists the program team with cycle processes, documentation, and events. Ideal for a highly proactive, tech-savvy, and organized individual who is passionate about entrepreneurship and inspired to work with startups daily.

Requirements

• Collaborate with startup teams on pitch decks, financial models, and presentation techniques
• Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding journey for Flat6Labs startups
• Monitor and follow up on startup deliverables
• Record and track startup progress
• Conduct initial application screening
• Structure and maintain program database
• Assist in scheduling and organizing training programs
• Source and manage perks for startup portfolio
• Coordinate internal and external workshops, events, and dinners
• Maintain database of founders, mentors, speakers, and coaches
• Provide hands-on support in program execution
• Collect, analyze, and organize startup data
