AHOY is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical recruiter) to support the growth of our tech team. You will work closely with the tech team to manage their priorities and drive our recruitment process to find the right talent.
Requirements
- 3+ Years of tech recruitment experience, either in-house or in an agency.
- Software Engineering Experience / Certification
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with an ATS
- Experience in using Linkedin Recruiter for sourcing
- Proactive with the ability to take ownership and prioritize tasks
- Consistent track record of bulk hiring including sourcing, recruiting, and closing technical roles
