Job Description
FLATS LLC, a ProperXPM company, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires both strong maintenance and customer service skills to ensure the overall upkeep of the property and that all physical aspects meet applicable laws and the company’s established standards.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot and repair various systems and components throughout the property and apartments
- Prepare vacant units for new residents
- Maintain the exterior grounds of the property
- Conduct walk-throughs to ensure everything is in working order
- Prepare for inspections
- Schedule outside contractors
- Clean and supply designated building areas
- Schedule and execute annual inspections
