We are seeking an Inventory Control Team Member to provide a friendly and efficient customer experience by ensuring inventory adjustments, item resolution, inventory audits, and cycle counts are routinely conducted. The Inventory Control Team Member will assist the store and our customers by maintaining accurate inventory.
Requirements
- Maintaining store inventory accuracy
- Conducting weekly merchandise scans
- Working collaboratively with the replenishment team on fulfillment of product
- Maintaining the integrity and organization of inventory within the backroom, capstock, and yard
- Timely resolution of items found to be defective or damaged
- Entering, modifying, and auditing of inventory adjustments
- Having a thorough working knowledge of the store handheld devices as well as all systems
- Performing audits to ensure inventory management processes and backroom locator is being completed in a timely and accurate manner
