Payroll Coordinator

Join our team as a Payroll Coordinator and play a critical role in ensuring team members are paid accurately and on time. You'll process, audit, and maintain payroll records, resolve discrepancies, and handle sensitive data with integrity and discretion.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as payroll software systems
• Experience using UKG Workforce Management is preferred
• Experience in a multi-location or large retail environment is preferred
• Familiarity with UKG Pro (Ultipro) or similar HRIS software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
