Fleetio is hiring a Senior Field Marketing Manager to build a field marketing motion that drives real pipeline and revenue. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing and can balance creativity with practicality.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with a strong field or demand gen focus
- A track record of working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue
- Experience planning and executing events, campaigns, and account-based programs
- Comfort working in Salesforce and using data to guide decisions
- Ability to own programs end-to-end—from idea to execution to measuring impact
- Willingness to travel ~30–40% to spend time in the field with customers and sales
