Retentions Officer - Novated Leasing

We are seeking a Retentions Officer to play a key role in strengthening and expanding our novated leasing portfolio by proactively engaging with customers and providing tailored end-of-lease solutions.

Requirements

• 3 + years' experience in a phone based professional customer service, finance, or retention-focused environment
• Demonstrable experience working with and managing complex and ambiguous customer issues
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and lateral-thinking skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly, engage customers effectively, and deliver excellent experiences
