We're looking for an Account Executive in Munich to take sales at fleetster to the next level with structure and passion and to define success with you anew. You will work closely with our Head of Sales with the goal of winning leads as new customers and accompanying them through the entire sales cycle.
Requirements
- +2 years of experience as an Account Executive (or in a comparable role) in a B2B SaaS environment
- Secure handling of the entire sales cycle - from individual outreach to prospecting to closing and handover to the CSM team
- Familiarity with High-Velocity Sales and short sales cycles (~1 month)
- Strong outbound skills and efficient use of inbound leads
- Structured working methods and clean CRM documentation (e.g. Pipedrive)
- Clear prioritization according to deal potential and focus on results
- Developed presentation and communication skills
- High technical affinity and fun using AI tools
- Fluent German language skills and very good English
