Requirements

• Reporting to the National People & Performance Manager
• Partnering with the functional leadership team to shape people strategy, lift capability and drive performance
• Leading all IR matters across the function, including enterprise agreement negotiations (six EAs)
• Enhancing the employee experience and evolving the Employee Value Proposition
• Overseeing performance, talent and succession processes nationally
• Implementing targeted learning and capability programs
• Applying strong commercial acumen to identify and deliver people and performance improvements
