Production Operator

We're looking for reliable and safety-conscious Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in the Board Plant at our Tauriko plant. As a Production Operator, you'll take ownership of a critical stage of the manufacturing process and work in a high-volume, safety-led manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing, processing or technical operating environment (trade backgrounds also considered)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence working with machinery and systems
• Good numeracy and attention to detail
• Clear communication skills and ability to work as part of a close-knit team
• A strong commitment to health, safety and quality
• Forklift licence is preferred with the ability to safely handle equipment and products up to 25kg
