• 5 years' experience as a Production Operator, ideally within plastic injection moulding or steel manufacturing environments
• Proven experience with setting, adjusting, and calibrating curing ovens and production machinery
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration to achieve production goals
