Job Description
Join FJ Management West as our next Human Resources Manager and support the organization by managing core HR functions across the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–7 years of progressive HR experience
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience supporting managers and employees across multiple HR functions
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- HRIS experience required
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar certification preferred
- Automotive dealership experience a plus
