IT Support Technician

Fletcher Jones Automotive Group is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide remote technical support and perform hands-on field service work across multiple locations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT support experience in helpdesk, field services, or a blended support environment
• Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
• Experience with networking equipment (Ubiquiti, Cisco, etc.) strongly preferred
• Familiarity with security camera systems or access control strongly preferred
• Experience with ticketing systems is strongly preferred
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent experience strongly preferred
• Basic understanding of Active Directory and user/device management strongly preferred
