Job Description
The Buyer is responsible for coordinating the movement of purchased materials from suppliers, addressing supply/supplier issues, and negotiating prices and cost-saving measures. The position involves reviewing production requirements, managing purchasing commodities, and analyzing data to ensure receipt of items ordered and accuracy of billing data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in business, finance or sciences;
- Minimum seven years of experience in the Automotive Industry;
- Community College Diploma in Purchasing and a CSCP designation from Association of Supply Chain Management;
