Job Description
Flex is a growth-stage FinTech company creating the best rent payment experience. We're hiring a Head of Performance Marketing to build and scale direct-to-consumer marketing strategy, focusing on growing adoption outside of our property network.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing
- Proven track record of building and scaling growth marketing in a high-growth D2C business, ideally in the fintech space
- Experience with a variety of channels with a strong expertise in digital marketing
- Deep analytical mindset with experience managing marketing budgets and forecasts, optimizing for ROI and A/B testing to drive growth
- High attention to detail, including precise and effective communication with senior stakeholders
- Coach-player mindset — ability to build a high performing team while getting hands-on
