Flex is a growth-stage, NYC headquartered FinTech company that is creating the best rent payment experience. We're looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to build our direct-to-consumer marketing strategy and drive high-quality lead generation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing
- Proven track record of building and scaling growth marketing in a high-growth D2C business, ideally in the fintech space
- Experience with a variety of channels with a strong expertise in digital marketing
- Deep analytical mindset with experience managing marketing budgets and forecasts, optimizing for ROI and A/B testing to drive growth
