Job Description
Flex is hiring a PCBA Process Engineer to support their extraordinary teams in Austin, TX. The role involves developing and optimizing SMT processes, troubleshooting defects, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 2–5 years SMT process engineering experience
- Knowledge of SMT equipment and IPC standards (IPC A 610, J STD 001)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Experience with equipment such as ASM, DEK/MPM, BTU/Heller/Kurtz Ersa, Koh Young, Nordson
- Lean Six Sigma or IPC certification
