Job Description
The Process Engineering Manager will lead the PCBA engineering team, oversee SMT, reflow, AOI/AXI, selective solder, and wave solder processes, and ensure stable production performance and quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (ME/EE/MfgE/IE or related)
- 7+ years of PCBA process engineering experience
- 2+ years of leadership or technical lead experience
- Experience driving yield/quality improvements and leading root cause investigations
- Familiarity with Lean/CI, PFMEA, SPC, and DOE
