Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment
• Knowledge in SMT, PTH, & BKND process
• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing
• Experience in High Volume & Low Volume
• Experience in telecommunications or renewable energies projects
• Personnel Management
• Experience in dealing with customers
