Job Description
Flex is seeking a Production Manager to support our extraordinary teams in Guadalajara, North Site. The role involves guidance and coordination activities of employees engaged in multi-level assembly, mechanical and enclosures quality assurance to attain production goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- NPI experience
- Experience in similar position in manufacturing environment
- Experience in product lifecycle systems (Agile)
- Experience in the use of Floor shop systems
- Experience in ECO's implementation
- Knowledge in assembly processes (End to End)
- Experience in BAAN system (SAP)
- Decision maker
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
