Job Description
Quality Compliance Manager position at Flex in Guadalajara, Mexico. The role involves developing, implementing, and coordinating product assurance programs to prevent defects in new or existing products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience and training
- Advanced knowledge of Regulatory and Quality Audits Process Regulations and Quality Standards (ISO9001, TL9000, ISO/TS16949, AS9100, ISO13485, ESD20.20, etc.)
- Good relational and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and applicable regulations
