Quality Manager

Flex is seeking a Quality Manager to support the company's growth and product development in Guadalajara, Mexico. The Quality Manager will develop and implement product assurance programs, research and present information to the management team, and interface with customers and vendors to ensure quality and compliance.

Requirements

• BA/BS as an industrial engineer, or similar
• Strong background in supplier quality engineering within the electronics manufacturing industry
• Advanced English skills
• Experience working as a quality engineer in electronic manufacturing processes PCBA, SMT, assembly, testing, etc.
• Knowledge of KPI analysis (RMB, RTV)
• Experience with corrective and preventive actions & risk management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in operation planning, industrial, manufacturing engineering, or related
• Availability to travel
