Senior Manager, Partnerships Strategy & Operations

We're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Lead to support the growth and performance of Flex's most important enterprise partnerships. This role requires a highly analytical, organized, and proactive operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining data-driven insights with hands-on execution.

Requirements

• Launch new strategic partnerships aligned with Flex's growth objectives
• Manage and expand relationships with Flex's largest strategic partners
• Drive monthly and quarterly partnership business reviews
• Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics
• Design and oversee partnership GTM efforts
