Flex is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join their team in Malaysia, Penang. The role involves working with suppliers to continuously improve performance, implement process controls, and develop quality assurance plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Ability to work with suppliers to improve performance and develop quality assurance plans
- Knowledge of manufacturing process, applications, and process development
- Understanding of International Organization for Standards (ISO) and regulatory standards
- Ability to perform quality audits and ensure products and services meet standards
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
