Job Description
Flex is looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to support its extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to its growth. The role is responsible for ensuring quality, safety, capability, delivery, environmental, and customer-specific requirements.
Requirements
- BA/BS as an industrial engineer, or similar
- Strong background in supplier quality engineering within the electronics manufacturing industry
- Advanced English skills
- Supplier management and negotiations experience
- Knowledge of KPI analysis (RMB, RTV)
- Experience with corrective and preventive actions & risk management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of dependent demand and independent demand
- Availability to travel
