Job Description
Flex is seeking a Training Manager to develop and deliver training programs in manufacturing and technical environments, with a focus on talent development and growth across the organization.
Requirements
- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
- Solid Experience in Training, Learning & Development, or HR within manufacturing or SMT environments
- Experience in creating training modules and delivering technical training
- Experience developing and delivering DNS exercises
- Strong knowledge of SMT and assembly processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- English level: Advanced
