Job Description
Flex is seeking a Training Manager to develop and deliver training programs aligned with corporate policies and operational needs. The role involves overseeing talent development strategies, building relationships with universities and external partners, and promoting a culture of learning within the organization.
Requirements
- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
- Solid Experience in Training, Learning & Development, or HR within manufacturing or SMT environments.
- Experience in creating training modules and delivering technical training.
- Experience developing and delivering DNS exercises.
- Strong knowledge of SMT and assembly processes.
- Preferred: experience supporting or participating in ISO and customer audits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Preferred: experience using AI tools.
- English level: Intermediate.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Availability to travel as required.
