Job Description
We are looking for a Team Assistant to our CTO at Flexa, to enable him to operate at peak performance. You'll be the master coordinator, strategic problem-solver, and trusted confidant who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, thereby supporting executive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with scheduling tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High level of attention to detail, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive attitude.
