Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR
- Deep and up-to-date knowledge of Italian labor legislation, social security, and employment regulations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Full professional fluency in both Italian and English
