HR Manager

We are looking for an HR Manager to lead 360° human resource management activities for two plants in Limana and Borgo Val Belluna, focusing on implementing corporate-defined strategies and applying compensation and benefit policies.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in HR roles in structured manufacturing contexts with international scope and matrix logic
• Good knowledge of labor law
• Knowledge of people management processes (training, performance management, talent management, compensation)
• Knowledge of people cost control and personnel administration processes
• Fluent English proficiency
