Job Description
Flexco, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to join our team in Downers Grove, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience in large industrial settings, with a specific focus on underground mining solutions.
Requirements
- Provide technical leadership for a team of approximately 4 – 5 Engineers and Technicians
- Lead activities to brainstorm, conceptualize, evaluate feasibility, design and launch new and/or significantly improve products and processes
- Develop and monitor product development metrics
- Direct rapid prototyping activities for product development projects
- Define and direct internal and field testing activities
