Join the Flexcon Team! As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and growing revenue by reaching out to existing and potential customers and converting leads into sales. You will conduct research on prospects, initiate contact through various channels, and respond to inbound inquiries. You will build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by qualifying leads and nurturing relationships. You will collaborate interdepartmentally and engage with customers via phone, email, and video to provide product information and deliver solutions. You will also be responsible for forecasting and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and the ERP systems. You must hit target KPIs and close new sales opportunities to grow revenue.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the sales process and experience managing a sales pipeline; must be comfortable with negotiation, persuasive and consultative selling, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse customer base and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and handle challenging situations; must display resilience and perseverance to bounce back from setbacks, maintain motivation, and keep pushing towards sales goals.
- Great time management and prioritization skills with the ability to organize workflow and handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.
- Natural curiosity and willingness to learn a multitude of systems, markets and materials.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft suite and proficiency in using sales productivity tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and product/service updates. Must have basic analytical skills to assess sales data, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement to identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

- Proactively prospect and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking.
- Qualify leads, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions based on our market-based or custom material offerings.
- Conduct sales calls via video or phone and present when necessary to showcase products and benefits to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product management and outside sales to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
- Utilize Salesforce to track, manage, and update sales activities, pipeline, and customer information accurately.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs, consistently striving for sales excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to effectively position our products/services in the market.
- Forecast plan and budget on monthly and annual basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
- Support customer service functions as needed depending on the level of business.
