Job Description
As a Staff Software Engineer on the 3rd Party Integrations team, you will lead the design, development, and enhancement of Flexera's integrations with leading enterprise platforms including ServiceNow CMDB, Atlassian (Jira Service Management), and BMC solutions (Helix/Remedy). You'll drive technical strategy, mentor engineers, and architect robust, scalable integration solutions that enable seamless data flow and interoperability between Flexera's platform and our customers' critical IT management systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing end-to-end platform integrations for enterprise solutions
- Deep expertise in object-oriented or functional programming languages (Go, Python or JavaScript/Node.js)
- Strong command of API design, implementation, and consumption
- Extensive experience with API authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, API keys, JWT tokens, SAML)
- Expert knowledge of data transformation, mapping, and ETL processes at scale
- Proven experience architecting and implementing integration solutions, including testing strategies across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels with CMDB/ITSM platforms
