Ocean Operations Associate

Flexport is looking for an Ocean Operations Associate to join their team in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role is responsible for executing booking and documentation processes with clients/carriers, timely shipment troubleshooting, and exception escalation/handling. The successful candidate will have a BA/BS degree and at least 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, ocean carrier operations, or consulting.
