Job Description
Flexport is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives to lead the design, standardization, and implementation of fulfillment processes, products, and tools. This is a hands-on, technical leadership role focused on scaling Flexport's fulfillment network globally. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguity and be responsible for driving significant cost savings and unlocking new opportunities through data analysis and strategic planning.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or operations strategy.
- Extremely strong technical skillset: SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI), and Python or R.
- Proven record of designing and implementing scalable processes/products that delivered measurable business impact.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to connect day-to-day execution to P&L drivers and long-term vision.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and bias toward action.
- Executive-level communication skills.
