We are looking for a Staff Product Manager for the Merchant Experience Platform within our Omnichannel Fulfillment division. The Staff Product Manager will define and deliver a world-class, seamless merchant experience across the entire journey, from self-serve onboarding and platform configurations to transparent billing and effortless payments.
Requirements
- Platform Vision & Strategy: Define the multi-year roadmap for the Merchant Experience Platform
- End-to-End Merchant Journey: Own the experience flow from a merchant's first interaction, through system configuration and data setup, to their ongoing financial transactions and reporting
- Merchant System Integration Strategy: Drive the strategy for seamlessly integrating with external merchant technologies
- Billing & Payments Automation: Drive the strategy and execution for automated payment solutions, revenue recognition, and reliable financial reporting
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Sales to ensure a friction-less merchant journey and accurate financial outcomes
- Product Leadership & Mentorship: Act as a subject matter expert who coaches and mentors Senior and IC PMs on complex systems thinking, financial modeling, and platform architecture design
