Job Description
Performs an age-specific plan of care for patients in the Emergency Room using the nursing process. Collaborates with physicians and other health team members to coordinate and implement procedures and treatments.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Associate's Degree in Nursing, required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional nursing experience in the related specialty
- Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State and/or Connecticut, required
- BLS required, plus specialized certifications as needed
